Ten Minutes: Camping
You owe it to yourself to sleep in the dirt every once in a while. Camping will help reset your spirits and remind you what life is actually about. It will also give you a healthy fear of the wild until you get more comfortable. Don’t think about bringing your giant RV, either. Get out there and subject yourself to nature instead of hiding away in a watered-down version of home. Unplug. Pee in a bush. See how that feels. Learn whether or not you can light a fire. Take an inventory of your survival skills. Technology might have failed you.
