Ten Minutes: Exercise
Nobody expects you to be in peak physical condition, but it’d be nice if you managed to sustain a recognizable shape. A little bit of huffing and puffing for the sake of your health is never a bad thing. Lift a few weights. Do a push-up. Know that if you literally fell down, you’d have the strength to get up. Cardio is good, too. Know that you can run away from danger. Do it long enough and you can run away from all of your problems.
