Ten Minutes: Lazy

It’s hard to sit around all day and do nothing. There’s always going to be a little voice, silently scolding you for squandering your time. It’s not a commendable pursuit. Or is it? We can’t be expected to be at our best, 100% of the time. We need to recharge. What if we referred to a day of doing nothing as meditation? A moment to recenter ourselves. Monks don’t do anything most of the time and people are in awe of them. What’s the difference? Is it the robe? A mountaintop? Just let me know – I’ll do whatever it takes.
