Ten Minutes: Quill Pen

Back when quill pens were popular, there probably wasn’t a lot of doodling. Without intent, those things aren’t worth the effort. It would be aggravating to ever have a brilliant thought because you’d have to spend the rest of the day writing it down. Ingenuity would be so time consuming. That’s if you even knew how to read or write. Who knows how many good ideas were lost. Weird ones, too. Now, keyboards give us the ability to type with unparalleled speed and accuracy, allowing us to fill up the infinite with relentless, aimless rambling. Some people do it every day.
